  Very few will argue against the proposition that the likes of Richard Fulds(Lehmann Bros.)and his ilk are psychopaths whose endless greed and conspicuous consumption are a blight upon a democratic society.The question,then is how to introduce reforms(regulations and criminal anti-fraud provisions with teeth) if the political will is not in evidence.Compounding the problem is the considerable political,financial and lobbying power possessed by the Wall Street bankers.Yes,if only average citizens would stand up and scream loudly and long enough demanding stern govenmental measures to hold the financial sector in check-then and only then is there likely to be any change.
