Comedic docudrama about the making of Tommy Wiseau's THE ROOM wants to be an inspiring tale of a less than talented misfit a la, ED WOOD, but this film treats its subject rather condescendingly, which taints this film with streaks of hypocrisy and meanness. This film opens with some talking heads of Hollywood expounding on their patronizing affection for Wiseau's film. One of them is Adam Scott, who looks like he just got back from a four-day cocaine binge in Mexico. He looks terrible. Maybe they should have excised his appearance, or at least applied some makeup and combed his hair. Adam Scott should get his ass to rehab before Chris-R gets a hold of him.

The film was amazing, James Franco performed it very well! A movie that has never been done is worth watching! On my boxing software, I always find such premieres.

Brilliant!
James Franco's portrayal of Tommy Wiseau was Oscar worthy. A must see for anyone who liked The Room. (It has us wanting to revisit that old Room DVD asap.)
The entire cast was perfectly hysterical.

This was a great movie, thought provoking and interesting how the original movie was made. James Franco was great portraying the original person, Tommy with a little bit of heart. A dream that can come true!!!

TRIBUTE where are you getting your info from? The room was made on a extremely overpriced budget of 6 MILLION not THOUSAND lol. To this day it remains a mystery how Tommy Wiseau actually got the funding for the movie.
