Sing Street is of the best movies I have seen this year. All the characters are charming and engaging. This Irish tale about boys forming a band in Dublin 1985 has emotional depth, humour and good music with strong appeal. It is definitely a feel-good must-see film.

If you ever wanted to see a movie about what separates a cover band and a truly unique sound in the music business..then see this movie. It has so much raw emotion that takes you on a wonderful journey in the life of several main characters and one who decided to form a band to win a girl. An excellent movie with great music and character development. This is one movie I want to own someday.

Delightful surprise, this is a wonderful film. The music was great, had some great lessons of relationships and their importance. Thoroughly entertaining.

This is a great movie. Well acted and a trip down memory lane with regards to the music. Upbeat it has your feet tapping. Has a McCartney/Lennon feel to it.
