Overall well done movie. Play is well by all actors specially gatsby and daisy. Olthough interesting combination of new world (music,3d) I would rather prefer to only one epoc.
Great gatsby is my favourite character alltimes, Leonardo is perfect for this role. No way this movie was boring.

boring, overrated, unlike the novel
not a good movie waste of ticket premium for 3D,
3D colours looked dark and muddy,
let the ladies see it with girlfriends/no husbands or partners

Loved the cinematography, and direction. You have to enjoy the art of the movie, although there is really only great gasby played by the Robert Redford. I am very pleased with this version of the movie. A must see st the big screen.

I saw two "professional reviewers' version of a review. I don't think they even saw the movie. One actually re-reviewed the predecessor, with just a passing mention of this film.
This movie had intrigue, drama, rich character development, sex, broad strokes of drama, and and even non gratuitous violence, all blended together with a critical eye to the vagaries of the filthy rich.
Excellent flick. Three and a half stars out of five
