Captivating! The talent displayed is astonishing, the sets are wildly imaginative, and the cast is stuffed full of actors who can really sing the beautiful songs. Even the athletic ability of the dancers is remarkable. Sad...it it a Greek tragedy! We are seeing it again tonight!

Interesting but not all that. Dark but I guess it's supposed to be. It's about hell. I mean the parts where the girl comes above ground could have been done with some light. The old guy is a fine singer. Needs a song though.

I didn’t know what to expect - figured out would be “like a musical.” The talent is unbelievable, and they grabbed me by the throat within 2 minutes and did not let go. Since it’s one of the great myths, the story is intense and deeply involving. Terrific music. Rich, sharply-drawn characters who can *sing*! This is among the top five cinematic experiences of my long life.

Great voices. Great band. Great dancing. But the same thing over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over... For hours. It's good to see Broadway without going to Broadway but they gotta change up the music now and then.
