Based off the 1st Sinister, the second one is trash. I love movies and I was so excited to see this because I loved the first one. To say I was horribly disappointed is saying it lightly. The writers, directors, producers, etc of this movie should be ashamed. They ruined a good movie once they thought of making a sequel. The story line didn't match up with the first movie, it was scattered, I feel like some scenes were irrevelant and the ending was utterly confusing. The original was better, I think because in Sinister 2 you already know the story, in the original Sinister you figured it out moving through the movie.

Same old crap done over a million different ways, but still the same old crap. What ever happened to a plot and old Alfred Hitchcock movies. Special effects is the only thing good in the movie. You would have more fun mowing the lawn than watching this movie again.
