"Great Movie! The African/Black actors really were the stars of this movie. Loved the overall meaning of the movie. We take things for granted our lives without realizing that we can make a difference and we really don't understand how other people in the world live simply day to day. And simple is by no means stupid, it is all about the connection to those around you that far exceeds that of phones, texts and computers, etc.. Hopefully, people see this movie and look at other people in the world in times of war/famine/disease with empathy rather then blindness."

What a great movie, I didn't expect it to be so good. Reese, no more legally blonde, you demonstrate you are a powerful actress. The plot, no non-sense, no surprises no more drama than the needed. I am no movie critic but this one for sure should be award material. It touched deep, yes it did.

The Good Lie is an excellent movie. Reese Witherspoon was great in this film. It really was well worth going to see this movie to see how the refugees adapted to the new world for them.

"THE GOOD LIE" is a powerful drama based on a true story involving some refugees from Sudan. It's undeniably a great movie - sometime slow - with some poignant moments, that must be seen...

Having just recently seen the play - Social studies - this movie reminded me of a story similar to the movie. Reese Witherspoon performed well as well as the other cast members. A must see film to make us appreciate our living conditions here because we take everything for granted. Do not miss this film!!!
